We presently own and operate a fleet of 25 refrigerated vehicles of various capacities and dimensions.

The Air Conditioning system installed in the vehicles is CARRIER brand systems as specified below.

Two vehicles of seventeen feet load body length fitted with XARIOS 350 model.

Eighteen vehicles of twenty one feet load body length fitted with XARIOS 600 models.

Five vehicles of twenty four feet load body fitted with OASIS 250 model.

Of the fleet of Twenty Five vehicles, four twenty four feeter vehicles have independent Engine for running the refer system. Of the remaining vehicles five twenty one feeter vehicles have self driven Engine with additional provision of electrical plug in facility. All the other remaining vehicles are self driven reefer system.

Special Features of the vehicle

• Fitted with world renowned Carrier brand refrigeration system.
• Containerized Puff insulated body that consistently maintain the desired temperature.
• Fitted with Data Logger to record the temperature inside the vehicle.
• Latest advanced vehicle tracking system GPRS installed in each vehicle that facilitates minute to minute tracking of the vehicle along with the temperature recording. Additional facility of alerts in respect of over speeding, breakdown, power failure, which facilitates initiation of immediate remedial action.
• Vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of efficiency and road worthiness.
• The entire fleet consists of recently acquired vehicle with oldest vehicle being only three years old.

• The normal transit schedule from Goa to Mumbai under normal conditions is 12 to 14 hours. During monsoon season, the transit schedule is 18 to 20 hours.
• In exceptional cases where cargo is required at Air Cargo Complex in the early hours for immediate airlifting, we arrange for the vehicles to report in the wee hours of the morning much before the scheduled arrival time so as to facilitate   direct delivery of cargo to the flight.
• As these vehicles are maintained to high standard of road worthiness, we are equipped to provide Just-in-Time deliveries to our customers.   

 

• Prior to loading of cargo, the data logger in the vehicle is set to the required temperature. The temperature is set at the lower degree of the stipulated variation limit so as to ensure that in the event of a system malfunction, the change in temperature is controlled to within the higher degree limit. This is because until such time as the temperature varies beyond the higher limit, the cargo is transferred to another vehicle with the same temperature.   
• Standby vehicles are kept at both the point of origin and the point of destination so that in the event of a system failure or vehicle break down, the standby vehicle from the nearest point is immediately rushed to the spot for transfer of cargo. This helps in cutting down on lead time so that the cargo reaches its destination with the least possible delay.
• Periodic preventive maintenance carried out on each vehicle at the company authorized dealers.
• After each trip, each vehicle is subjected to a thorough check in accordance with the vehicle check list manual and duly certified by Fleet In-Charge as being road worthy.
• Periodic up gradation and augmentation of fleet by inducting new vehicles and disposition of old vehicles.
• Drivers manning the fleet are exceptionally skilled to deliver cargo on time every time. They are trained to handle adverse situations and conditions with ease.

 

We are presently on firm contract with many leading Pharmaceutical both National and Multinational companies for carrying their refrigerated cargo.
